    For the second time, our Chef Aléxis Gregório, representing Fado & Food Group, is participating in what is the 12th edition of the REVOLTA DO BACALHAU (cod-fish) Contest.

    And you know what? He passed the first round by having approved the technical sheets of the plate that the Jury will taste it on 5 December.

    The plate (main-course):

    Codfish Flakes Confit

    (Sweet Potato Sticks, Fried Onion, Egg’s Cream, Dehydrated Black Olives)

    Results must be announced by 12 December.

    Gold Medal, Silver or Diploma, anything is possible.
