What if a Japanese Fado singer invited a Portuguese guitarist to accompany her in the Rising Sun Empire?

Seeming exclusive or unthinkable to some of us, the effects of “globalization” have led to the assimilation of Fado by distant cultures.

Fado singer Kumico Tsumori invited Sérgio Costa (Portuguese guitar), casting artist at Adega Machado (in the matinees of Fado Inside the Box and nights) to accompany her in a series of concerts, which also included a show at the residence of the Portuguese ambassador in Japan ( in the image).
