WE LIKE WHEN THE COD IS REVOLTED WITH US
We again participated in the 2018 edition, the 14th, of the gastronomic contest Revolta do Bacalhau.
Once again, we won the sympathy of the rebellious cod, which is, from the jury.
After the gold reached in an earlier edition, Chef Aléxis Gregório now received a diploma “for his important role in the development of gastronomy in Portugal”.
Congratulations to the Chef, thanks to his teams of the fado house in which he is chief executive, Café Luso and Adega Machado.
